Zocor almost killed my husband

I have a post under zocor if anyone cares to read it concening my husband, he went into multiple organ failure after taking zocor for a short period. I am talking to laywers concerning this drug and just wanted to pass on some information. my husbands discharge summary from the hospital says he now has Rhabdomyolysis which is severe skeletal muscle breakdown from the zocor. im finding out that if your cpk levels are elevated, zocor is most likely the cause. normal levels are 49 to 397. my husbands was 5980, so if anyone is taking zocor please have your doctor check these levels regularly, or you may end up within an hour of death like my husband did. :!:
