I am preaching to the choir here, but I just watched this movie, Food Matters, The Movie. You can see it for free until October 8. It takes about an hour to watch, but makes a lot of sense to me! Food IS medicine... and medicine is certainly NOT food. Here is the link. Would be interested in reading opinions!
