[b] , Hi, it's been a while since my last visit. I have been taking the Acetyl L-Carnitine 250 mg Nature's Bounty (30 caps to a bottle)...for a long time. I take 1 a day. Now it is discontinued. What is available is the 200 mg, 400 mg, 500 mg. From 250mg, should I go up or down on mgs? Any thoughts?
