Brooks, thanks for this link. You are right perhaps this issue is going to draw some attention.
Hopefully everyone on this forum will continue to communicate this to their own Senators and Congressman ensuring that Sen. Grassley gets support to pursue the FDA further.
Everyone, if you haven't already done so please write your Senators; and write to thank Sen. Grassley for his effort.

Address you corresp to the Senate Finance Committee; if your senator has a seat on the committee so much the better. They are the ones supplementing the research NOT being done properly, and the most likely to take umbrage if not action. I did it two years ago and til now considered the act a shout down the proverbial well.... well, maybe not.
