Hi uncle2blade,
Thank you so much for responding. I could not get back on the forum...some glitch in the connection ... couldn't access the administrator ... so finally was able to connect with Fran. She was so helpful in getting me to access the board. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
During that time I went on ahead and ordered most of the supplements. The one I have not gotten is a glyconutrient. What do you think of it? It is a little pricey. Also what lecithin did you buy?
